Why this matters

The pages on this site describe how treatments generally work, what symptoms commonly indicate, and what things typically cost. They are written to help you understand your options before you come in.

They cannot tell you what is wrong with your teeth. Two people with the same symptom often need different treatment, and the only way to know which applies to you is an examination, usually with X-rays.

Please do not delay seeing a dentist because something you read here suggested you could wait.

If you have a dental emergency

If you have rapidly increasing facial or neck swelling, difficulty swallowing or breathing, swelling around the eye, or feel seriously unwell with a dental infection, seek urgent medical attention at a hospital emergency department. Do not wait for a dental appointment.

For urgent problems without those signs, contact the clinic during opening hours - Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

They are individual results. What is achievable in your case depends on your starting point, the condition of the surrounding teeth and gums, and which treatments are suitable for you. No outcome is promised or implied.

Prices

Prices are starting prices, not quotations. The cost of your treatment is confirmed after examination and before treatment begins.

No dentist-patient relationship

Reading this website, or messaging us on WhatsApp, does not by itself create a dentist-patient relationship. That begins when you attend the clinic and are examined.

Regulation

Klinik Pergigian Genting operates under the Malaysian Dental Council. Dr Ashveen A/L Balakrishnan is a registered dental practitioner.

Both dentists are general dental practitioners. Neither is registered with the Malaysian Dental Council as a specialist, and the clinic does not hold itself out as a specialist practice.
